Dear Avery,
You are turning into such a lady! Look at how adorable you are in your school pictures! Three years old going on 18, I believe! (You know, I can’t seem to stop using exclamation points when I talk about you...
- BOONE—For a brief time in the 1960s and ’70s, exhibits about the Appalachia region were sent to Finland and Latin America with subtle messages about the U.S. government’s expectations of foreign leaders.
